How do I extend access to my tools and services?

Some of our tools and services use access codes that expire. When this happens, you’ll need to extend your access by entering a new access code.

When access is close to expiring, you’ll see the expiration date in red on My College Board Professional Account. To extend access, here’s what you do:

Step 1: Get a new access code from your organization (see How do I get an access code?).

Step 2: Go to My College Board Professional Account and select 'Edit' next to the item that’s expiring.

Step 3: On the manage access page for that particular tool or service, enter your new access code and select 'update access'.
