What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, go to the account sign-in page. Enter your email address and click Next. Click the Forgot password link. Then choose whether to verify your account by email or phone—we’ll send you a code to the method you select. Enter the code, follow the instructions for changing your password, and you’re all set.
